Here’s a British Lee Metford MKII built by LSA Co in 1894. Metal in fair to good condition with some rust brown patina. No live rust though. Wood in good condition, no crack or chips I can find. Receiver, barrel and rear sight matching. Bolt does not match. Stock cartouche saw some wear but still visible. Regiment marks on buttplate tang. I haven’t shot it but cycles well. Bore is still bright, the curving metford rifling still prominent. See Flicker album for details. Great example of pre 1900 British repeating arms. Asking $2200, shipping on buyer if needed.
