Remington Rolling Block Model 1874

I don’t know much about this rifle, or its origins. This model was widely distributed throughout South America, and it appears to be in .43 Spanish. Probably from Honduras or Nicaragua, or something like that. Regardless of its murky past, it’s in pretty decent condition! Bore is pretty good, lockup is tight, and the wood has no cracks. Even the cleaning rod is present, but it doesn’t screw in, as a gorilla stripped the threads. I will disassemble it and repair the threads before selling it. A nice example of the AK-47 of its time.
