JC Higgins 12 gauge pump action shotgun, power pac choke system. Extra full choke. 

Shotgun is in good condition overall, no cracks or chips in stock. Metal is in great condition. 

Here is a JC Higgins Model 20 in 12 ga also sold as Sears and High Standard brands respectively. It had a crappy old eraser style recoil pad so I put a wingmaster limbsaver on there and it fits perfectly.
