Marlin model XT-17 , Heavy barrel , laminated stock  . New Copperhead 4 x 12 scope  . I bought the gun on a whim and then put the scope on it . I'm basically getting out of the shooting game .

I have an 1895 marlin 45-70 for sale, fired twice, have 98 rounds of ammunition, 78 hornady rounds and 20 federal. Comes with trigger lock. Asking $2000obo

My project got hung up on one last peice. (The scope) My attempt to recreate Chis Pratt's  jurassic park lever action 45/70 capable of downing a tyrannosaurus rex. A true show peice.

Rifle is in good condition, has been hunted with (with success), so it has some handling marks. I have taken it right apart and performed an action job to smooth out cycling and loading, works so much better than before.
