In the market for a precision/ bench .22LR bolt rifle , must be ambidextrous as I'm a left handed shooters , not looking to spend a fortune but don't want to cheap out either.

Hello there, I am new to this site and am looking to purchase my first riffle. Not sure what to get yet preferably a bolt action or semi automatic one would be nice but I am open to lever actions as well.

1933 Hex Mosin Nagant. Zero rust or pitting anywhere.  The bore appears to be nearly unfired. The rifling is the best I've ever seen. The lands are very pronounced. The receiver and bolt are numbers matching.
