The whole suit is lined with Kevlar making it slash, fire and bullet resistant. 
The hard chest play are level 3

Excellent shape, size L-XXL. soft Armor Kevlar inserts. 
Can be worn under clothes or over and conseals very well. 
In Alberta you need a PAL. I will check it as required.
