Looking for a cheap plinker in 223 rem or 5.56 or 7.62x39 in bolt or semi. (Ruger, SKS, Savage Axis, Stevens etc). Looking to spend less than what I see at the stores, fair condition is fine as long as operational and no rust or damage.
