SWISS K31 rifle in 7.5 X 55 Swiss. This awesome rifle come with diopter sights (front sight insert is not original). Bolt and magazine with same serial number than the receiver  (no forced matching there).

The Swiss ZFK55 (Zielfernrohr-Karabiner 55 or Mousqueton à Lunette 55)  is a purpose-built marksman rifle, caliber 7.5 X 55 Swiss. An estimated 4,150 rifles were produced.

Never fired it myself since don't have the ammo for it. I would say its in good condition, the wood stock had a nice refinish and feels great to the touch.
