WW2 US Machete

A rare 1942 marked U.S. military Legitimus machete. These were used mainly by U.S. Marines in the Pacific while fighting the Japanese.

Comes with a handmade leather sheath that fits perfectly. I believe this was either made by a Marine/Soldier or by a local Pacific Islander post war.
