Gerber BMF survival knife Classic Collectible

I have had this knife for a very long time and used it on a few hunting trips.  I am no longer getting to spend time outdoors and so I think this beautiful blade needs a new owner.  It is marked with a BMF and the serial number is 015423.  There has been a lot of debate over the years of the practicality of the saw teeth on the back of the blade.  They don’t seem to affect batoning at all and frankly, I have used them to make grooves in poles to help hold lashing in place.  The blade is in good functional condition although I’m sure there are people out there that are much better at sharpening and honing than I am.  Otherwise it has a few scuffs, but most of the original be blasted finish is intact.  I believe the blade is flat ground as it has always held an edge well.  The knife has mostly been used for general purpose, camp activities de liming with occasional use to fillet fish or small game.  Honestly, a great design as a utilitarian knife that hasn’t been outdoors in a decade or so.  Despite how much I love to use it, I recognize that it is also a very rare and collectable blade.  Here’s a chance to own a piece of the Gerber legend.  Any questions please ask.
