Japanese Sword Pair

Two Japanese swords in matching fittings. The long sword has a signature on the tang, but it is not translated. The swords came with two small certificates, also not translated. 

The fittings date to the 19th century, but the blades are likely much older.

The Swords

The blades are in very good condition with distinct temper lines. The long sword measures 39 inches in the scabbard, the short sword measures 29 inches.

The Scabbards

The scabbards are in good condition. Each has provision for two tools, but one is missing. One of the side knives has a wooden blade, and the other tool is a set of chopsticks.

I would consider trades for antique revolvers.
