Everyone bought my 3d printed safety before july2024 gets $20 discount for funding this project

I will continue offer 3d printed left/right side only variant

was also going to offer my side mount with clearance cut too but the shop messed its thread

works in se,sa,sr,lmg,81m fixed

81m underfolder only work with right side only setup,

some 81m have slightly longer disconnector and drag a bit on the pin, if this happened file a little bit on the flat side of safety pin

warning: dont over torque anything, dont use the provided screw to pull the pin through receiver. If it stuck it’s something not aligned or in the way dont brute force it

instruction:

Ambi set up:

1. Take oem safety out by depressing the purple spring plate’s tab and pull it out

2. put right lever(the one with a small tail) on the safety pin(I’ll preassemble this part)

3. Insert the pin from the right side of the receiver, if you have a optic rail mounted I recommend loosen the two bolt holding it a bit, sometimes they push the purple spring plate off alignment and pinches the safety

4.insert the included m2 screw to right side of the pin, the screw head will keep the safety in place

5. Insert the long m3 screw from top of safety pin, this adjusts the spring tension so dont over tighten it, check for tension every half turn or you may damage the spring plate. You can sharpen the screw tip to a profile of a flat head screw driver if you want the safety to be more snappy, I can do this for you for added $5

6. put on the left side thumb safety using provided countersink screw. Dont over torque it, use locktite.

right side only setup:

Same through step 1-5

left side only setup:

same through 1-6, just remove the right side lever, you do need a different left lever that I will provide on request, but that lever will be made of petg as I don't have enough demand to have them machined
