I hate to do this, but I need bike repairs. Extremely rare cartridge in an even rarer gun. 1903 Springfield (wartime capture?) with German proof marks, chambered in the powerful 10.75x68 Mauser - the most powerful of the Mauser cartridges. Also called the .423 Mauser, it uses the same bullets as the .404 Jeffery. Very light rifle, weighs about 7 3/4 lbs. One standing and one folding leaf rear sight. Bore is excellent; crisp and sharp. Stock is, well, useable. Old repair to the wrist is very solid. Recoil pad is an ill-fit orange rock at this point. Nice light trigger. I pulled the ejector out because it needs to be stoned or replaced, and because I don’t want my valuable brass flinging onto the ground. Comes with a brand-new set of RCBS dies for .404 Jeffery (will do neck-sizing and bullet seating), 41 original Kynoch 400 grain solids, and 57 Bertram brass; all but 8 are un-fired. No trades - I need money to repair my motorcycles.
