Russian SKS. I believe it is a Tula arsenal from 1955/56 from the info I could find. Very clean rifle. Comes with everything in the pictures. Only partial trades would be for a higher end .17hmr. CZ, Browning TBolt, Ruger precision, Henry lever, etc. Prefer a local sale/trade. Would consider including some ammo and cash either way.
