M1 Garand surplus rifle .308 beautiful

This M1 is beautiful. It was purchased from Military surplus and has been a safe queen for years. It was built at the famous Springfield Armory, formally known as the   United States Armory and Arsenal at Springfield. The .308 caliber is a much better shooters bullet as it is cheaper and there are more options for the rounds recommended for the Garand. Barrel and rifling are perfect. Bore is shiny and pristine. Stock has no cracks or major dings. This rifle would be great as a display in your home or office or as a regular shooter. It uses the same clips as the 30-06. I will one. I have a sling as well if you want it.
