Old damascus-barreled double barrel shotgun. Low power or black powder loads only. One barrel is 12g, the other has a 20g throat inserted by previous owner. External hammers and under lever, I think it is British make but not sure. Mostly superficial damage to the end of the barrels, could be shortened by gunsmith to fix it, some handling marks on the stock.
