Wanted: Service/Repairs for TASCO Riflescopes

I have an older Tasco 3 x 9 - 40 "JAPAN" scope that needs some TLC 

and am looking for a Service facility, ideally in S. Ont. to provide

advice on what may be needed to restore it. ** See pics attached.**

*I've heard that Bushnell may be doing Service work on Tasco Products. ??

Any advice? Suggestions?
