TYR Tactical Pico plate carrier

TYR Tactical Pico plate carrier. Fit small and medium plate (10x12). Plate carrier itself is made of kevlar rated NIJ level 3, shoulder pad is level 2.  Plate carrier is used. It have some wear. Apparently JTF where using those plate carrier.
