Cry Precision Airframe helmet, size medium, has ops core aluminum NVG shroud, stock padding, currently a set of Nocturn industries MLOK rail set are installed but original stock Ops core/Crye patent ARC rails will be included as well. Comes with Perez Design made Tropic Jungle Multicam cover currently installed and a UN blue one.  

A tea headsets rail kit will be included too.
