I am only the second owner of this rifle the original purchaser being Edward Bard in 1914

I have a custom built 6.5-06 on a 1903 Springfield action. It had a 26 inch Wilson stainless barrel and a Boyds stock. The barrel was bought at Corlanes and installed by them.

 Eddystone P14 303. Unaltetered.  Usual wear and patina.  All matching numbers ( reciever,bolt and barrel). Bore is excellent and bright. 

This rifle was imported from the US as part of a two-gun bundle; it’s the other gun that I wanted.  It was inaccurately described as a “US Springfield Armoury 1896 carbine” and the stock was cracked at the wrist.
