This is a fair condition Winchester 1886 with octagon barrel. Full length magazine, caliber 38-56 WCF. Manually cycles well. A small chip at the tip of handguard. Stock looks been sanded. Some marks on the metal but no rust or pitting.

Looking for project guns in any condition. Make some room in your safe and fill your wallet instead.

Most interested in centerfire bolt actions in currently produced calibers and milsurp rifles.

In meh condition, cut down stock, no idea of the caliber (likely 43 Mauser?).

Here is a nice piece of history, Winchester Model 1886 in 38-56 , made in year 1900, gun work correctly , wood is in decent shape , bore is shootable, correct Winchester sling eyes , factory letter 

A French flintlock cadet rifle for sale. Bore measures .57in. Wood and metal are very clean, stock cartouche “ECOLE MILITAIRE” is clear. Not sure if it’s new stock. Used in cadet training in France according to previous owner.

It’s a Steyr M1886 rifle in fair to good condition. Possible Portuguese use, caliber 8*60R. Receiver marked ŒWG STEYR, metal has patina and partial worn finish. No live rust or pitting seen.

Schmidt Rubin 1889 sporter. Nice shape, nice bore, action is smooth, wood is decent as well. 7.5x53.5 Swiss caliber  Shipping is available. 

St Etienne Berthier Mle 1907/15 converted to Turkish Forestry Carbine. Overall condition including bore is good. Stock appears refinished and has various cracks/repairs as pictured. 

You don’t see this in the market often. 1873 British Martini Henry MKI in 450-577. Correct brass action pivot pin still works well although a bit rough at the end. Also correct checkered buttplate. Metal parts covered by brown patina.

Here is a rare seen Winchester 1886 takedown model, caliber 33WCF. Manufactured in 1906 according to serial number. Metal in good condition, no live rust or pitting. Barrel, bolt and upper tang blue finish still in good shape.

No license required. Mark 2 -- 2 star. Canadian marked the 27th (St. Clair Borderers Battalion). Lock plate is stamped "L.A.Co. 1861"  (London Armoury Company). Don't see any stamping on the cleaning rod.

Very interesting short percussion carbine here. I can see it start as a Charleville calvary flintlock carbine, then converted to percussion at some point. Some short cracks on the wood, metal turns to grey. Lock works as it should.

Unmolested Winchester 1886 with 26 inch full octagon barrel and special order half mag. Good condition with fair bore.Serial number dates it to 1896. No shipping. Thanks for looking. 

Here is a very unique Winchester 1886 in 40-82. The 3 digit serial number put production date in the first year or even first month. Barrel is half round half octagon. Some dings on the barrel, not sure if they are from vise or something else.
