Karabiner model 1871, manufacturer of 1876. 11.15x60mmR (43 mauser). Adopted for use by cavalry units. Not to be mistaken for the Infanterie-Gewehr 71.

1887 Enfield Martini Henry Mark 4. .577/450. All original, including sling. Has Nepalese markings. Lots of patina, no rust or pitting. Wood and finish are excellent. Has typical marks and dents, as would any 100+yr old rifle.

Lightly used approximately 300 rounds fired. Overall good condition just some scuff marks on underside of rail (shown in pics). 

When I tried this rifle in Vienna last fall ,



I knew I had to have one or more as it was best best pointing rifle I ever held.

These were a rifle marketed as Children’s toys. Despite low cost, they were known as very safe to operate. Because boys wore them out, they are a bit rare. This one is incomplete, missing lever etc. it is a  somewhat rare rifle.

Action is smooth and shoots super straight missing bolt ball but doesn’t affect the function $180 pick up in Corbeil Ontario 20min east of north bay 

Rifle shoots great and very accurately comes with a Nikon 12x40 scope stock is in great shape action is tight $600 pick up in Corbeil Ontario will ship at buyers expense 

Found 5 brass shells I have now fired it twice shoots nice, Action has a little play single shot bolt action will require some work before shooting again.
