308 pages. Previous owner names first endpaper. Brown cloth hard cover with gilt titles on the spine. Two bumps on the front board, with wear on the foredge. Dustjacket with chips and loss at head and foot of spine in protective mylar.

318 pages, published 1904.  Large foldout map of the voyage. Faded gilt titles on red cloth boards. wear at the head and foot of spine, light edge wear. Some pages roughly opened, does not affect text.
