This is a Spanish AYA 107-LI that was modified for the German market in the early 1970s, and sold as the Sauer-AYA Model VIII.

12 Gauge, 28" ported over/under, 

3 in. chambers, built on 20 ga. frame, select checkered walnut stock with deluxe recoil pad and forearm, 7 lbs. Mfg. 1991-95.

Tactical 12 Gauge pump action shotgun chambered in both 2 3/4” and 3”. It has a fixed rear sight and fiber optic front sight. Also has top rails for mounting optics and a rail on the forestock for an optional grip.
