This is Remington not Ruger manufactured. Approximately 5 years old and only 100 rounds fired. In very good shape and has a few  handling nicks on the stock and one mark on the barrel as seen in photos.

For sale is a Marlin Model 1895 lever-action rifle in .45-70 Govt. It has a hammer extention and a hooded front sight! The receiver is drilled and tapped for mounting a scope. It is in great condition with less than a box of ammo through it!

Marlin  1895 GS  cal 45-70 stainless steel, factory ported barrel, JM stamped  Iron sights and 2 piece Weaver bases.Rare model with ported barrel was only made for a few years...Very good condition.
