This is Remington not Ruger manufactured. Approximately 5 years old and only 100 rounds fired. In very good shape and has a few handling nicks on the stock and one mark on the barrel as seen in photos. Works perfectly and perfect for bear defence with 16 inch barrel and being a 45-70 caliber.
