Mares, Rapallo Sprng Gun

I was not sure which section of the classified's I should post this unusual piece, its not a firearm and its not a fishing rod. I checked on line and the Mares company is still in business in Italy making and selling all kinds of scuba gear if you wish to check them out.

I have owned this for about 30 years and it has never left the shop, it is used but all seems to work as it should. Two arrows or bolts if you wish are complete the other I think is missing a part, it measures 28" long. I think it is some kind of spear fishing outfit, an activity in some parts that could be frowned upon. Asking $300 OBO Price reduced to $250.
