Pre ww2 Chinese copy of samurai sword

The sword dealer I spoke to told me pretty much what I said in heading 

He said it’s a well done copy of a samurai 

And aged it before ww2 

I have had multiple collectors tell me the same 

I’m told it’s worth around 400 on the market 

I know nothing about this sword aside from what 3 separate professionals have told me
