NBTHK Tokubetsu Kicho Green certificate, Katana by Harima Daijo Fujiwara Shigetaka, Early Edo period, 1596-1624, Nanban Tsuba 越前住播磨大掾藤原重高. Echizen ju Harima daijō Fujiwara Shigetaka. A work by Fujiwara Shigetaka from the early Edo period. Start era: Keichō era (1596-1615). End era: Genna (1615-1624). Teacher: Shigenori; He was a famous sword-smith, who had been active in Echizen province (present-day Fukui Prefecture) for generations.
