So I recently found out I need to lighten up my rifles.
My backup hunting rifles is a .308 Winchester with a Heller Arms SS EV-5 semi bull barrel. It is threaded for Savage Small Shank and chambered in .308 Winchester.
The barrel is 22" long and threaded 5/8 24 at the muzzle which is 0.875.
(It does not have a thread protector as it came with a muzzle brake that I sold as I had a different one which I will be keeping so I will wrap and protect it for shipping.)
The barrel has a 1:10 twist rate.
The barrel has a 82 rounds on it. 56 Rounds of Geco Factory ammo for the brass, 10 Federal GMM to test and 26 hand loads from two ladder tests. Nothing near max just starting to workup loads. I will see if I can find a target or two but the Cheap Geco shot MOA but it really wasn't picked for accuracy just for cost effective brass and barrel break in. The GMM shot sub MOA and the reloads being a ladder test weren't tested for accuracy just velocity. I have only used G96 and Boretech Eliminator on this barrel nothing harmful.
Looking to get $750 shipped. Barrel Nut is included. Brake not included. Barrel is still on the rifle, and will be pulled once sold.)
