12 gauge rifled barrel rotary breech unidentified

This is an unidentified barrel. It has very nice slug rifling and it has a breech that looks like Winchester 1300 or Savage Stevens 290, but isn’t. See the castellation on the barrel.

I have tried very hard to identify it. Please anyone, if you can tell me, much appreciated.
