Installation:

No tools required! Just wedge the opening of the rubber piece against the original handle at a 90 degree angle and push it on with the palm of your hand! It'll form around the handle once it's squeezed on and give you a firm feel. 

Tested with Russian SKS bolt handles, fit may be vary with Chinese and other styles of SKS.
