Alex's homebrew type81 thread adapter plus mauser bayonet lug

For 81m and early 81lmg with m16 thread, made from 4140 steel

thread adapts from m16 to 5/8-24

uses the cleaning rod socket for counter rotation, very secure

I will make sure they fit a mauser bayo so there will be minor fitting marks on the lug, i will do my best to polish and reblue so they dont really show
