I wanted a charging handle extension that did not need any sort of fastener to stay secured, so I ended up just designing one myself. I printed and tested somewhere around 25 different sizes and styles - this is ultimately what I decided on.

With a little bit of force, this TPU extension slides over the lip, down the shaft, and locks into place - it does not wobble and  it does not rotate freely. This is because the inside of the extension is slightly smaller than the dimensions of the Type 81's charging handle. Once this goes on, it's not coming off unless you want it to. 

It's 18mm wide, 28mm tall, and as mentioned previously, it's printed in TPU. TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) is known for it's high abrasion resistance, low-temperature performance, high shear strength and it's oil and grease resistance - it's extremely durable.
