SBI RHC Upper receiver + bolt carrier + charging handle

Up for sale is a SBI RHC (right hand charge) upper receiver. Never used, only had barrel installed on it. The upper was not compatible with my custom bolt handle so I opted to use another upper receiver.  I’m good condition Asside from minor  wear mark ( see picture)
 

Comes with bolt carrier and bolt handle. Upper retails for 299, selling both together for $175obo.
