These 1882 extractors, were invented and manufactured for the US Army for the model  45-70 Trapdoor Springfield, to remove broken and headless casings from the chamber of rifles and carbines, by screwing them on the threaded ends of the ramrods----too bad for Custer that they weren't invented earlier ....... two available at $ 20.00 each.    I am willing to ship at buyer’s expense, or offer local pick up --- I am also in Red Deer one day per week and can arrange to meet there, or enroute, for delivery.
