Antique Remington 1861 Old Model Army. This is the transitional model between the 1858 Beals Army and 1858 New Model Army.
Fair overall as cleaned, scattered spotting/pitting. Mechanically fine. "CW“ marked on the frame and the barrel. "H" marked on the trigger guard. Faint outline of a cartouche on the grips. Manufactured in 1862.
Comes with paper cartridge former.
