This is an Antique Whitney No.1-1/2 Revolver. Around 15000 of these models were produced from 1871 to 1879. This has a 5 shot cylinder chambered in .32 rimfire and a 3-1/2” octagon barrel with the barrel address reading “WHITNEYVILLE ARMORY CT. U.S.A”. The barrel address is crisp. This item retains around 85% original blueing. The brass is in beautiful condition with a few light scratches and blemishes. The walnut grips are in very fine condition with a few light handling marks. Mechanically very strong with proper timing and lockup.
This is an antique so no PAL is required for purchase. Buyer must be 18 or older and able to prove it. Shipping is available at buyers expense. All used firearms should be inspected by a competent gunsmith prior to any form of use.
