Colt New Service Model 1898 revolver, circa WWI .455 Webley (stamped "NEW SERVICE .455 ELEY"), British Empire/Dominion of Canada.
5.5" barrel. Cyclinder not shaved, not modified for other calibers.
The original owner did serve in WW1, but we (relatives) believe it only saw action within the original owner's police service post WW1.
I am the current legal owner, and nobody left in the family wants to go through the process of earning their PAL, and it's too late to transfer anyways as they won't meet new prerequisites as per CFP.
It would be a shame to decommission it, as it is in great condition.
Make an offer, and substantiate your offer with confirmation of PAL and eligibility for transfer prohibition exemption.
