Very early Webley with bone grips. This very gun is featured in the book Webley solid frame revolvers by Black, Davis and Michaud. Action functions, but it could use a tune up. Appears to time and index correctly but the lock up is not tight with 3-4 mm of play. Original nickel finish is about 80% with some flaking at the muzzle and on the cylinder.
An uncommon revolver from a famous English manufacturer with some historical significance.
.380 caliber, will accept both .38 S&W and .38 wadcutters.
