These rifles ought to be considered projects, although I’ve been told by previous owners that they’ve both been fired without consequence. Had planned to do the restoration work myself but came across another rifle I want to concentrate on, so off they go! What I know about these rifles:
Enfield has a mismatched bolt, but otherwise appears to be a good candidate for restoration apart from the neutered magazine. The Ross looks nice (for a sporter) and the trigger is excellent, but it needs some TLC to function A1. The barrel has three holes drilled for an old rear sight, the proper rear sight is there but the spring is broken, the bolt binds somewhat in the most rearward position and the magazine spring sticks down. Happy to answer any questions and send additional photos/pictures.
Selling both rifles TOGETHER. Looking for $600 + shipping (will condense these rifles as much as possible to lessen the blow from CanPost) or local pick-up.
