Beautiful colour case hardened Pedersoli 45-70 Gov Rollingblock rifle. Single shot 45-70 Government (the ONLY Government you need). Smooth and reliable rifle. Has some handling marks and dings in wood from typical use -this gun wasn't just kept in the safe, was used in the field hunting- vernier sight dings on front of comb edge... 26" half octagon barrel, previous owner had it cut down. Hole in the stock from a previously removed sling swivel. Brass barrel band and trigger guard. Stout rifle. Pleasant to shoot.
