Martini Henry Mk4, dated 1887, Enfield manufacture

Excellent condition bore, shiny with strong rifling

Overall the rifle is in great shape, it has solid bluing throughout and the stock has held up very nicely. Usually these are encountered much rougher.

It has some cartouches, division markings and Nepalese property marks. The only ones I know are the I over IV - mark IV, with "1" indicating that this was a frontline service rifle.

Antique status, no PAL required
