recently purchased this in cosmoline , and removed as much as I could , selling due to not being satisfied with my purchase , not any issues with the rifle just not what I was expecting, there is a small crack in the fore end but nothing a little wood glue wouldn’t fix . The rifles bolt safety also will need to be milled a small bit to function properly but will work if you have a screw drive or a casing handy to relieve the bolt tension. never fired this rifle but the bore is excellent rifle is non matching
