This is a brand new, unused Izhmash URAL 6-2 Match Rifle complete with hard case and all accessories.
Izhmash rifles are famous for their accuracy, although being built by the pragmatic Russians, they do not have the 'polish' of Anschutz rifles, but they shoot just as well. This specimen has been owned by me for over 20 years and has been sitting, unfired, in my lockup in that time. I intended to use it as my main smallbore competition rifle, however I tended to shoot my much lighter Izhmash CM2 Cadet in sporting class instead (without sling). These were imported to Canada in the late 1990's and early 2000's by Armament Technology, but are no longer available in North America as far as I can tell.
This package includes the rifle with adjustable butt and cheek, micrometer rear sight with adjustable aperture, target front sight with inserts, tapered butt plate spacers, carrying sling, target sling, tool kit, oil bottle, cleaning rod and soft case.
