1950 Russian SKS with custom hand carved wooden furniture
A very unique SKS built around original Tula made Russian parts - stamped with a Star and arrow dated 1950
Approximately 500 rounds through in 7.62x39 non corrosive rounds
The furniture was hand crafted and far exceeds the quality on typical SKS rifles found made in Russia and around Europe. Making this a much more comfortable rifle to fire and carry - it has a very nice and soft butt plate compared to the original wood which had none.
It has been made with classic stud sling swivels allowing for a much wider range of sling options than the original furniture would accept. It was made using American Walnut wood.
