Testing the waters here to see if there's any interest. This is a modified SKS that has irreversible work done to it. I've spent years slowly building it to what it is today and I really don't want to let it go. However, the market looks like the best it'll ever get for it and I could use the cash.

Asking for $3500 OBO shipped or local pick up in Toronto. I understand this is a stupid amount for an SKS, however I will consider lower offers. I calculated that it would cost over $3000 at current prices if you were to replicate this build. That's IF you are unable to locate the unobtainium SAGE EBR chassis and HiCal adapter. For those unfamiliar with the SAGE EBR line it's a full aluminum chassis. One of the rarest and most sought after chassis systems for the SKS. Optic is NOT included, however it can be discussed. Steel case ammo both corrosive (Czech surplus) and non-corrosive (Barnaul & Great Tiger) can be added if local. You may have seen this rifle on Reddit recently, proof of ownership added to my photos.

One of the last tactical NR rifles you can legally take into the woods with a 10 round magazine. All gunsmith work was done by HiCal. Runs great with the mag adapter as it was installed and fine tuned by HiCal. Chassis was milled out slightly to fit the adapter. You need to have the bolt back when loading a full magazine as the mags are too tight if it's fully loaded. Another option is to just give it a really hard smack or load to 9. Trigger is one of the better ones out there. Will take it out end of January to shoot groups with it to see how to shoots with the rail. Chrome lined barrel is in good condition with no rust or pitting. Feel free to reach out for more photos or if there's any questions.
