Savage model 1899

Savage Model 1899 made in 1915 in good condition. The rifle is chambered in Savage 250 which was first introduced as 250-3000 in 1915 as first bullet to travel 3000 ft./sec. There is age damage to the bluing as shown in the pictures. Woodwork is in very good condition with the exception of a hairline crack near the top of the tang also in the pictures.Internal rotary magazine with brass counter. Very well made; it is in good working order.
