Custom Restricted Raven - High End build

This is a high end raven build, with high end components. It is restricted and will need to be transferred, it was assembled by a professional gunsmith. Never fired, brand new. Build components are below. I used the platinum builders kit and upgraded to the talon charging handle, this is close to an AR15 as you can really get.
