Rare Colt Lightning in 22lr all original. Manufactured in 1899 rifle is 125 years old. Rifle is mechanically functional. Never fired by me. Missing rear sight from rifle. Wood is original and the rifle is in good condition for its age. Nice patina on rifle still has good rifling in barrel so has not seen allot of use. Stamp is well preserved and legible. Never seen another 22lr in the 32 years I have had my license. Not on Gunpost, Townpost or Canadian gun nutz. They list in the states in similar condition anywhere from $2000-$4000 USD. Nice gun for the collector or if you wanted to restore it a unique piece. Looking for $1500 OBO.
